By accessing or using TimeWorked.Pro ("the Service"), an organization and its authorized users agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service. TimeWorked.Pro provides tools for employees to record hours worked and for employers to configure pay-period rules and generate summary reports based on those rules. The employer using the Service is solely responsible for configuring settings (pay caps, overtime rules, sick leave, statutory holiday rules, pay frequency, and submission deadlines) accurately for their organization, and for ensuring those settings comply with applicable employment law and any individual employment contracts or agreements - see the Disclaimer for more detail.
Accounts. Employers are responsible for creating and managing employee accounts within their organization, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for promptly deactivating accounts for employees who leave. Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the hours they submit and for keeping their own password confidential.
Acceptable use.The Service may only be used for legitimate time-tracking and pay-period reporting purposes. Users may not attempt to access data belonging to another organization, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
Data ownership. An organization retains ownership of the employee and timesheet data it enters into the Service. TimeWorked.Pro acts as a processor of that data on the organization's behalf - see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Availability and changes. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, these Terms, and the underlying calculations may be updated over time; material changes will be reflected on this page.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeWorked.Pro and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and disclaim liability for payroll or compliance outcomes as described in the Disclaimer.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
