TimeWorked.Pro collects only the information needed to provide time-tracking and pay-period reporting for the organization that has set up an account: employee name, username, email address (if provided), role, pay-related settings, and the hours/times entered into timesheets.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Information entered into TimeWorked.Pro is used solely to operate the Service for the organization that entered it - to calculate pay-period totals, generate reports, and send account-related emails (such as password resets or submission reminders) that a user or their employer has enabled.

Service providers. A small number of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf solely to run the Service: a database host to store records, a hosting platform to run the application, and an email-delivery provider to send account-related emails. These providers do not use the data for their own purposes.

Security. Passwords are never stored in plain text - they are hashed before storage. Password-reset links are single-use, time-limited, and stored as a hash rather than the raw link. Connections to the Service are encrypted in transit.

Data retention and control.The organization using TimeWorked.Pro controls its own employee and timesheet records and can deactivate or update employee accounts at any time. Data is retained for as long as the organization's account is active, or as needed to meet recordkeeping obligations under applicable employment law.

Access. Employees can see their own timesheet data. Employers can see data for employees within their own organization. TimeWorked.Pro does not use employee data for any purpose beyond operating the Service for the employer who set up the account.
